Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Growth Representative to drive lead conversion and new business opportunities in the SMB segment, focusing on French-speaking clients. You will qualify opportunities, engage potential customers and help accelerate the sales process.

The role requires proactive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn, CRM management, and collaboration with partners and sales teams. You should be fluent in French with advanced English and have 1–3 years in lead generation or inside

Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in French plus advanced English.
• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development or inside sales, preferably in a B2B, high-tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling and delivering sales pitches, with a strong focus on achieving or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up on marketing-generated and partner-led opportunities to move them through the sales process.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to identify potential customers in SMB and unattended segments.
• Support targeted outbound campaigns and regional sales strategies; develop sales plans with country sales and channel teams.
