Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative (hybrid) to drive growth for Commercial customers. You will handle inbound calls, manage key accounts, and contribute to a dynamic tech-focused team.

• One year of related sales experience
• Proficient or bilingual French and advanced English
• Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and judgment capabilities

Responsabilités

• Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business development
• Account management of gold customers and partners
• Perform OB calls to develop and acquire new business
• Log all customer contacts in the CRM system
• Provide feedback on sales activity and skills
• Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
