IQVIA is recruiting a dedicated team member to build and manage a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, and maintain ongoing engagement to maximize participation and data quality.

The role requires native French, strong English, sharp attention to detail, excellent communication, and analytical skills. Experience with multinational corporations is a plus, with tasks including documentation, mailings, and

Competenze

French Native speaker is required (FR)
Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Mansioni

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
