Job summary

IQVIA is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic team to build a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on recruiting doctors, maintaining engagement, and ensuring timely, active participation across studies.

You will call doctors, invite them to participate, and conduct follow-up for questionnaire completion while managing communications and translations as needed. Fluency in French and good English are essential.

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Additional tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors using various communication channels.
