Job summary

IQVIA is hiring a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid hub. Your role includes recruiting doctors, inviting them to participate in studies, and sustaining ongoing engagement through follow-up conversations.

You should be a native French speaker with strong English, excellent communication, and meticulous organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
