Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub, focusing on building and engaging a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit physicians, manage ongoing participation, and maintain data accuracy while assisting with queries from Healthcare Professionals.

Key tasks include initiating outreach calls, inviting doctors to studies, following up to maximize response rates, and keeping records up to date in a dynamic, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
