You will build a stable panel, engage doctors, and maintain updated records. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for successful follow-up and participation.

Competenze

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
