Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting for a role at our Madrid Production Hub to build a panel of French-speaking doctors for market research studies. You will recruit, engage and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring timely questionnaire completion and active participation across studies.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with strong English, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
