IQVIA is recruiting a team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. The role focuses on building a panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants, and maintaining updated records while facilitating queries.

Formación

• French native speaker required (FR).
• English proficiency for trainings and internal meetings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional telephone/email communication.
• Analytical mindset with good problem solving.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
• Willingness to perform translations when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation, creating engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation targets with diverse communication channels.
