IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a stable pool of doctors for market research studies, engage participants, and manage follow-ups to ensure high participation rates across the panel of healthcare professionals.

The role involves calling doctors, inviting them to studies, and maintaining updated records. Ideal candidates are native French speakers with strong English, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• French Native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
