You will operate in a hybrid Madrid model (3 days in the office), use Salesforce for activity tracking, and execute localized multi-channel outreach to improve ICP alignment and conversion rates across France.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech.
• Based in Madrid with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
• Native or bilingual in French (C2) with strong English (B2+).
• Strong understanding of the French digital creator market.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and market prospecting for the French market.
• Qualify inbound leads and self-generated prospects based on ICPs.
• Craft localized multi-channel outreach tailored to French dynamics.
• Record activities and pipeline stages in Salesforce; analyze data for optimization.
• Collaborate with Closers, BDMs, and Marketing in the French Pod.
