Job summary

Hotmart, based in Madrid, is seeking a Commercial Onboarding Consultant to support the French Market Expansion. You will guide newly signed French creators through platform setup, local checkout, payments, and product uploads, ensuring a smooth activation and fast time-to-value.

From the Madrid office with a hybrid model, you will collaborate with the French Pod and Account Executives to tailor onboarding, monitor key metrics, and provide product insights to improve localization and customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, or SaaS roles.
• Based in Spain (Madrid) with hybrid work (3 days in office).
• Native or bilingual French (C2) with English (B2+).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales onboarding meetings for French market creators.
• Guide platform setup, checkout config, payments, and product uploads.
• Ensure fast activation and time-to-value for new creators.
• Coordinate with Account Executives within the French Pod.
• Track onboarding metrics in Salesforce and BI dashboards.
• Provide product feedback for localization enhancements.
