Perk is seeking an Implementation Specialist for the French market to guide customers from signup to launch, delivering tailored solutions and a robust rollout plan. You will bridge platform capabilities with customer needs, configure accounts, and coordinate trainings with key stakeholders.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure a smooth adoption and long-term success, operating in a fast-paced growth environment based in our Barcelona hub.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience in Implementation Specialist, Sales, Customer Care, Account Management or related roles.
• Demonstrated overachievement against targets/goals in previous roles.
• French and English fluency is essential; strong communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first impression of Perk to customers and serve as the initial contact during implementation.
• Define onboarding strategy and lead change within the customer's org, coordinating onboarding plans.
• Conduct consultative conversations to gather requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Drive onboarding forward with influential recommendations and urgency for stakeholders.
• Manage rollout of new platform, providing guides and templates to ensure adoption and long-term success.
• Own timeline and rollout plan during implementation, coordinating internal teams and being the subject matter expert in change management.
• Coordinate and lead training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executives and company-wide groups.
• Validate configuration and account satisfaction by monitoring booking behavior post-implementation and offering proactive support.
• Embrace a pattern of execution, continuous improvement and evolve with the team.
• Take on additional IS Team alignment projects and ensure timelines, risks and tasks are clearly understood by the team.
