Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior Sales Leader for France to build and lead a 15–20 person sales team across SMB to Enterprise. You will shape the go-to-market plan, refine ICP, improve pipeline conversion, and drive consistent wins with cross-functional alignment.

You will define multi-product sales strategies, coach reps through complex deals, and leverage AI tools to boost productivity while maintaining strong human judgment in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B SaaS sales leaders.
• Proven ability to drive multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience with multi-product sales motions.
• Deep knowledge of the French market.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
• Comfort using AI to improve sales productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the France sales team (15–20 Sales Executives + Leads).
• Own the France go-to-market plan, ICP, and segmentation.
• Build multi-product sales playbooks and qualification frameworks.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, and Salesforce hygiene.
• Coach reps through complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Product, and CS to optimize lead flow.
• Drive quarterly improvements using pipeline, win/loss data.
• Shape how AI is used in the sales process and governance.
