Perk, a leading travel and spend management platform, is hiring an Implementation Specialist for the French market in Barcelona. You will guide premium customers from signup to launch, configuring accounts, enabling integrations, and delivering tailored training to executives and user groups.

You’ll act as a mentor within the IS team, driving adoption, ensuring long‑term success, and collaborating with Revenue to deliver a top‑notch implementation experience.

Formación

• 1+ years in Implementation Specialist, Sales, Customer Care or related roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Tech‑savvy with basic API/integration concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding strategy and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Conduct consultative conversations to gather requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for newly onboarded customers.
• Own timelines and rollout plans during implementation.
• Monitor post‑implementation usage and proactively offer optimization guidance.
