Perk is seeking an Implementation Specialist (French Market) to onboard Premium and Pro customers, guiding them from signup to launch with consultative and technical support. You’ll bridge platform capabilities with customer needs, deliver tailored rollout plans, and ensure long-term success.

You’ll lead change management, configure accounts, provide training, and coordinate with stakeholders across their organization, including executives, to optimize adoption and value.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant professional experience in implementation, sales, customer care, account management, or project management.
• Demonstrated overachievement against targets/goals & expectations in previous roles.
• Fluent in French and English with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the first impression of Perk to all customers in your portfolio and serve as the first point of contact during the implementation process.
• Define the onboarding strategy and lead change within the customer’s organization, including technical aspects and project management.
• Conduct consultative conversations to collect customer requirements.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations based on experience and best practice.
• Drive onboarding forward with influential recommendations and urgency for stakeholders.
• Manage rollout of new platform, providing guides, templates, and adoption strategies.
• Own timeline and rollout plan while coordinating internal teams and acting as SME in change management.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executive stakeholders.
• Validate configuration and satisfaction by monitoring post‑implementation booking behavior and offering proactive support.
• Embrace an iterative pattern of execution, assessment, improvement, and evolution.
• Take on additional IS team alignment projects with clear timelines and tasks.
