Perk is hiring for a Customer Care role based in Barcelona, focusing on technically complex cases within our finance and accounting software suite. You will support customers across Europe, collaborating with cross functional teams to triage and resolve incidents.

The successful candidate will have fintech or accounting software experience, English fluency, and German if supporting DACH accounts. 3 days in-person collaboration is required.

Formación

• Hands on experience working at a fintech company OR with an accounting software platform.
• Comfortable with high volume, high frequency task handling.
• Structured, detail oriented approach to problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries via email and phone, with a focus on technical and finance operational issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases, including bugs and product incidents, tracking them through to resolution.
• Document interactions and elevate appropriately, using domain knowledge to triage effectively.
• Own incoming requests end to end, including ticket creation for internal teams.
• Handle inquiries for customers across Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe.
• Serve as the first point of contact internally for operational software knowledge.
