You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, provide clear troubleshooting, educate users on features, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Experience in customer support for tech devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to customers regarding Fitbit devices and integrated wellness software.
• Champion the Fitness & Wellness industry by assisting users in optimizing their fitness tracking and health monitoring experience.
• Resolve troubleshooting queries via phone, email, and live chat with a customer-centric approach.
• Educate users on the latest fitness features, goal setting, and data synchronization to ensure brand loyalty.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions while adhering to quality and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware or software challenges within the fitness ecosystem.
