Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking users, troubleshooting wearable issues and guiding customers through health-tracking features.

Success in this role requires native Dutch, strong communication skills, and a willingness to relocate to Sofia. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus in the fitness-tech space.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for an on-site role
• Passionate interest in fitness and wearables technology

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer support for Dutch-speaking clients navigating Fitbit products
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to wearables, syncing, and mobile app connectivity
• Educate users on health-tracking features to support wellbeing goals
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering precise, empathetic assistance
• Document and escalate complex technical queries to engineering teams within the fitness ecosystem
• Participate in ongoing product trainings to stay updated on fitness technology innovations
• Contribute to team KPIs from the Sofia-based office
