Job summary

Pillar is hiring a founding SDR to launch our France market from Europe’s startup hubs. You’ll be the first voice of Pillar to French construction companies and will collaborate closely with founders to build the go-to-market playbook.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in sales (SaaS/tech a plus) and comfort with phone outreach. Based in Paris, Milan or Barcelona, you’ll own the pipeline and grow quickly toward an AE role.

Qualifications

• Native French plus working English.
• 1–2 years in sales; SaaS or tech is a plus.
• Construction or field sales background is valued.
• Based in Paris, Milan or Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Prospect construction companies by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Qualify every lead: assess if Pillar can solve their problem.
• Book demos and hand them to the AE with context for a sharp first call.
• Own your pipeline and keep HubSpot accurate.
• Shape the playbook with feedback from calls.
