Job summary

Pillar is entering Spain from Barcelona with a founding AE role to build a market from zero. You’ll be the first voice of Pillar for construction SMEs in Spain, close deals end-to-end, and shape the go-to-market playbook alongside the founders.

You’ll run demos, negotiate pricing, and hand off to onboarding. Based in Barcelona, Madrid, or nearby, you’ll join a small, fast team that rewards autonomy and rapid growth for high performers.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese speaking skills and working English.
• 3+ years closing in B2B SaaS; construction, real estate or fintech is a plus.
• You've run full sales cycles solo: demo, negotiate, close.
• A builder, not a playbook-follower.
• A problem solver, not a closer-at-all-costs. Construction buyers spot the difference in thirty seconds.
• Based in Warsaw, Milan or Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Run demos that show how Pillar fixes real job-site problems.
• Own every deal, from qualified opportunity to signed contract.
• Negotiate pricing and terms without giving away the store.
• Close and hand off cleanly to onboarding.
• Shape the playbook with what you hear in the field.
