Pillar is launching its Spain market from Barcelona, seeking a sales-focused founder-type operator who will convert construction company interest into a healthy sales pipeline. You will build lists of target firms, reach decision-makers on site and off, and nurture opportunities with persistence and creativity.

You will work closely with founders and the leadership team to shape Pillar's Spain entry strategy, messaging, and product priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level Spanish; able to work in English.
• High-activity role with repetitive tasks; tools will help.
• Problem solver who can discern real customer needs.

Aufgaben

• Prospect construction firms across Spain by phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Qualify leads to determine fit for Pillar solutions and nurture as needed.
• Book demos and hand qualified leads to the AE with context for a sharp first call.
• Keep HubSpot CRM accurate; maintain clean pipeline.
• Feed the playbook by capturing market feedback to shape messaging and priorities.
