Job summary

Pillar is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to turn Spain's construction interest into a healthy pipeline from Barcelona. You’ll prospect, qualify, and hand off to an AE, while maintaining CRM accuracy and shaping market messaging. You’ll work directly with founders and join a fast-growing team.

You’ll be native Spanish with English in a team setting, comfortable talking to owners onsite, and thriving on high activity. This is a permanent, full-time role in Barcelona with growth to AE.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish; comfortable with English.
• Able to reach decision makers (owners) often on site.
• Able to handle high activity and repetitive tasks with tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect: Build and manage lists of construction firms in target segments by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
