Factorial HR is hiring a Founding SDR to be the first point of contact with IT & Operations leaders across Europe. You will help define the outbound engine, experiment with messaging, and work with cross‑functional teams to shape GTM strategies from the ground up.

You will partner with AEs, Product, and Marketing to build scalable outbound processes, and you will play a key role in defining how our future team scales.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate in German and English at professional level.
• Interest or experience in B2B SaaS sales such as SDR/BDR roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to articulate value.

Responsabilidades

• Drive initial pipeline generation through multi-touch outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, video).
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by IT product knowledge and pain points.
• Research target accounts and map IT decision-makers for each account.
• Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to build GTM playbooks.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handovers and improved conversions.
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing from conversations to influence positioning.
• Maintain accurate tracking of activities and experiments in HubSpot.
