Object First, now an independent business unit of Veeam, seeks a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to support the DACH market. The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the Barcelona office for collaboration and team bonding.

You will prospect, qualify, and generate new pipeline using outbound plays and digital tools, with targets and KPIs focused on daily activity and qualified meetings. Growth paths exist into Inside and Channel Sales roles.

Formación

• Fluency in German and English required.
• Minimum 1 year in SDR/BDR or similar outbound role.
• Ability to handle objections and start new conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualification for German-speaking prospects across the DACH market.
• Generate and qualify new leads via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Maintain records in CRM (Salesforce or similar).
• Collaborate with Field Territory Managers and Inside Sales to build pipeline.
