Factorial HR is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (German speaking) to drive growth for our DACH markets. You’ll collaborate with Hiring Managers and Directors to lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth onboarding of new hires in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to understand hiring needs, strategize talent pipelines, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German is required.
• Experience in talent acquisition across international markets.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing timely feedback after thorough screening of candidates.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and other teams to understand needs and advise throughout the process.
• Strategise and propose action plans to continually identify new talents: sourcing methods, events, community management, etc.
• Ensure the best Candidate Experience across all stages of the recruitment process.
• Source passive candidates and engage them into the process from various channels.
• Contribute to side projects like People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion.
