Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Finnish Speaking Support Specialist to join our Sofia-based team. You will provide Finnish language support via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining strong product knowledge to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in English for multinational collaboration.
• On-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional assistance to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to resolve inquiries within Customer Support Services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented interactions.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM to track trends and needs.
• Collaborate with international team members to share best practices and enhance support quality.
• Escalate complex issues to internal departments while managing client expectations.
• Strive to meet and exceed KPIs for response times and quality scores.
