Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Danish Speaking Support Specialist to join our international client services team in Bulgaria. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering high-quality assistance and maintaining SLA standards.

You must be a native or fluent Danish speaker with an EU passport. We offer a fully paid relocation package to Sofia, comprehensive health insurance, fully paid training and a monthly salary with performance bonuses.

Formación

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for Danish-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Resolve complex inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
• Document all interactions within our CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify service improvements and process optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide expert-level assistance.
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded daily.
