Mermec is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator in Spain to drive operation and maintenance KPIs. You will lead a newly established team, coordinate across shifts and travel across the country, and collaborate with the Italian team on training and coordination.

The role requires 6+ years in related fields, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Formación

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• At least 6 years of experience in similar roles within electronics, automotive, railway, or oil & gas industries.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistical aspects.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact throughout the project duration.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage and control field spare parts and tools through the coordinated team members.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
