Mermec is seeking a Service Account Engineer and Field Operations Coordinator in Madrid to lead a new project and a recently formed team, coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and field activities across Spain.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a hands-on, proactive mindset, willingness to travel up to 30%, and readiness for night shifts and weekends; it offers a full-time permanent contract with a gross annual salary between €50,000 and €55,000.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Minimum 6 years in similar roles within electronics, automotive, railway, or oil & gas.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Spain.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve targets and meet contract deadlines.
• Coordinate and schedule the team and on-site activities, including logistical aspects.
• Plan and monitor all activities required for contract execution.
• Interact with the Italian team during warranty and commissioning phases.
• Act as the on-site customer point of contact throughout the project duration.
• Provide technical advisory support to customers.
• Manage and control field spare parts and tools through the coordinated team members.
• Propose product and process improvements with a 360-degree perspective.
• Support team training and professional development.
• Manage and monitor team performance.
