Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting a CEO, Founder, or senior executive (ideally in a fast-growing firm).
• Based in the Lower Mainland of BC and eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own the Founder’s calendar, inbox, travel, client communications, and invoicing across multiple time zones.
• Use AI tools daily to multiply output and ensure clients feel taken care of.
• Provide front-row seat to how high-growth firms scale and support growth.
