Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for an Evening Schedule in Spain. You will support Bronze VIP customers, delivering personalized assistance and promoting platform campaigns to drive retention and engagement.

You will work with an international team in a fully remote environment, following a fixed 18:00–02:00 Kyiv time schedule with 7 hours per day. Prior iGaming exposure is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with international clients.
• Strong written and phone/email communication.

• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized support to Bronze VIP customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle requests from the Retention team and support loyalty initiatives.
• Promote platform activities and campaigns to engage users.
• Conduct conversations with Bronze VIP customers to collect feedback and identify improvements.
• Increase satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade Bronze VIP users to higher tiers.
