Job summary

match is a recruiting agency seeking a Vip Manager for an international iGaming client. The role focuses on managing a VIP portfolio, driving deposits and retention, reactivating inactive players and delivering personalized offers.

You will engage high-value clients via chats and calls, aiming to maximize deposits and activity while reporting results. Remote work is offered with a 5/2 schedule and hours aligned to Moscow time, enabling participation in an international project with growth

Qualifications

• Languages: Advanced English and Spanish.
• Experience in direct, active or cross selling will be an advantage.
• Experience in chatting/on calls with customers and identifying needs is valuable.
• Strong communication skills in chats and on calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, retaining, developing and increasing deposits.
• Reactivate inactive players through timely contact and understanding reasons for missing deposits.
• Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and tailor offers.
• Identify client needs and create personalized offers based on interests.
• Proactively cross-sell: present product advantages, novelties and bonuses.
• Handle objections and retain clients at every stage.
• Achieve targets for deposits, retention rate and reactivation rate.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting.
