Job summary

bsport is hiring a remote-first Customer Support Agent to join our Barcelona-based team. You will be the first contact for clients during your 13:00–22:00 CET shift, handling chats and emails, resolving standard requests and guiding users through our platform.

You will collaborate with Level 2 escalations, Account Management, and Onboarding to ensure timely, friendly solutions for US and Canadian clients. Fluency in English is required; additional Spanish or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer support, ideally for software.
• Native or fluent English; good written French or Spanish is a plus.
• Available for a fixed 13:00 to 22:00 shift, Monday to Friday, long term.
• Clear, warm writing; patient with clients under pressure.
• Comfortable learning a product in depth and working the evening with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Handle first contact on every conversation during your shift.
• Solve standard requests: passes, subscriptions, bookings, members, invoices to members, branded app how-to, payment status.
• Upscale escalations to Level 2 with all needed info; Level 2 owns the client until closure.
• Leave the queue clean for the morning shift with proper handovers and annotated cases.
