Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Business Development Director to lead channel strategy and drive commercial growth across Europe. You will manage distributors, partners and OEM relationships, delivering growth in aftermarket and non-retail segments while steering cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets.

You will lead geographically dispersed teams, influence senior stakeholders and balance strategic planning with execution to expand market reach across Europe.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading channel, distributor or partner networks across multiple countries.
• Proven ability to grow channel performance and deliver commercial growth.
• Experience developing and implementing channel strategies.
• Leadership responsibility for managers and senior commercial teams.
• Ownership of meaningful revenue targets and commercial performance.
• Experience introducing new products, services, channels or go-to-market approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management across regional and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within complex international organisations.
