Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Business Development Director to drive European channel growth and commercial expansion. You will lead distributors, partners and OEM relationships across multiple markets, shaping strategies and governance to deliver sustained revenue and market presence.

You will manage diverse teams, align sales, marketing, and operations, and steer cross-functional initiatives across Europe.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading channel, distributor or partner networks across multiple countries.
• Strong experience in channel development, partner management, distributor performance.
• Leadership responsibility for managers and senior commercial teams.
• Ownership of meaningful revenue targets and commercial performance.
• Experience introducing new products, services, channels or go-to-market approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management across regional and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within complex international organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Channel Strategy & Performance across Europe.
• Drive distributor and partner performance and optimise channel coverage.
• Identify new routes-to-market and growth opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships, OEM relationships and indirect sales channels.
• Ensure strong channel governance and commercial compliance.
• Support the introduction of new products and solutions into the market.
• Take ownership of revenue-generating business units including aftermarket and non-retail segments.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, operations and commercial functions.
• Drive execution of strategic projects and remove barriers to growth.
• Lead complex commercial initiatives across multiple stakeholders and countries.
