Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations, Finance, Performance Management, Analytics, or Business Transformation.
• Strong commercial and financial mindset with ability to drive profitability and productivity.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience using Generative AI and automation tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leadership.
• Proven change management skills and ability to lead transformation initiatives.
• Able to collaborate across Operations, Finance, Digital, Commercial, IT, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European Services margin expansion strategy to improve profitability and cost management.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to reduce margin erosion in outage costs, NCP, and other maintenance costs.
• Develop and implement recovery plans with business leaders for identified risks.
• Establish operational rhythms, processes, and accountability for sustainable performance.
• Be regional focal point for cost governance with enhanced visibility and finance discipline.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, regional leadership, and commercial teams to improve cost productivity.
• Lead analyses to identify root causes and quantify impact, implementing corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Define and lead the regional analytics strategy with KPI measurement and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and BI tools for timely leadership insights.
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for senior management.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and predictive indicators to support planning.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks for forecasting, visibility, and resource planning.
• Champion AI adoption across Services Operations, including Generative AI and intelligent agents.
• Design AI-powered solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with Digital and IT to integrate new technologies and drive adoption.
