Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager based in Spain to lead European retail campaigns, activations, and partner initiatives. The role is fully remote within the EU/UK with travel across Europe.

You will transform global brand strategies into local campaigns, enable sales teams and partners, and shepherd the full retail marketing process from concept to execution. Strong PM and cross-country collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing POS concepts, in-store experiences, and retail campaigns.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills across multiple markets and time zones.
• Ability to coordinate product launches across channels and markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns and activations with retailers and partners across Europe.
• Manage the marketing dimension of partner relationships, including in-store presence and POS displays.
• Translate local market requirements into briefs, concepts, and execution toolkits.
• Coordinate retail marketing pipeline across markets; align priorities and timelines.
• Brief and manage POS/design projects, source suppliers, and oversee production schedules.
• Adapt global brand assets for European markets and create regional solutions.
