Huspy in Madrid is seeking a highly driven Strategy & Operations professional to report directly to the CEO office and drive actions that improve operational efficiency across Europe. You will help design the operating model, establish scalable processes, and lead strategic initiatives across European markets.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience turning strategy into execution, and the ability to work with data, revenue metrics, and cross-functional teams

Formación

• 2–3 years in top-tier management consulting, high-growth startups or investment banking.
• Proficient with no-code AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven approach.
• Experience designing operating models or business frameworks.
• Comfort with revenue metrics and P&L reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute growth strategy across Europe.
• Design and optimize the operating model to support rapid growth.
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives across Europe.
• Support business planning, reporting and P&L tracking.
• Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements.
• Drive projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance.
• Own high-priority strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
