Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Staff Data Analyst in Spain to own analytics across a global travel marketplace. You will build data foundations, transform complex data into insights, and work with senior stakeholders to shape product priorities and growth opportunities.

You will design data models, pipelines, and analytical products end-to-end, introducing analytics capabilities and experimentation to improve adoption and conversion in a fast-moving international environment.

Qualifications

• Independent ownership of complex analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior Product, Engineering, and commercial leaders to translate questions into data-driven decisions.
• Design, develop, validate dbt models and data pipelines across multiple sources.
• Establish standardized metrics and reporting frameworks for reliable product performance.
• Experience in product analytics, customer behavior, and conversion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across the customer-facing business including enterprise partners, self-service customers, API usage, and booking performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to define analytical priorities and translate questions into data-driven decisions.
• Build, validate, and maintain dbt models and data pipelines; consolidate data sources into trusted reports.
• Establish standardized metrics, resolve discrepancies between dashboards, and provide reliable views of performance.
• Develop analytics capabilities and experimentation frameworks to understand customer behavior and growth opportunities.
• Investigate marketplace data to identify trends and operational challenges across products and systems.
• Lead analytical initiatives from discovery to adoption with measurable business value.
• Leverage AI coding agents and automation tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
