Job summary

Jobgether, in partnership with a Spain-based company, is seeking a Data Product Lead to shape the data team's direction, priorities, and impact in a fast-growing environment.

You will blend hands-on analytics with product leadership, building dashboards, defining tracking plans, and delivering data-driven recommendations to surface revenue, pricing, and growth opportunities. You will coach the team and collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and execs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product management, including leadership of a small team.
• Expert-level SQL skills with ability to query, validate, investigate and challenge data independently.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Omni, Superset, or similar platforms.
• Strong business and product acumen with a track record of using data to uncover revenue, pricing, and growth opportunities.
• Sufficient technical depth to collaborate with data engineers on data warehouse design, pipelines and models.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication across Product, Engineering, Finance, BD, and executives.
• Crypto/DeFi exposure or understanding of cross-chain infrastructure, DEX, bridges or wallets.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and developing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data team’s priorities and intake, and facilitate planning sessions, reviews, and workshops.
• Conduct hands-on analysis, build dashboards and business cases, and deliver recommendations influencing strategy.
• Prepare data insights for recurring reports including weekly and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define tracking plans and success metrics in product requirements documents.
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear specifications, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and validate analyses, dashboards, and datasets for accuracy before sharing with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Data team members to strengthen analytical thinking and collaboration.
• Co-own the data roadmap with the Data Tech Lead to address real business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, pricing, growth through data-driven insights.
