Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sales Operations – CRM Lead for a six-month interim role, fully remote across Europe, based in Spain. You will own the CRM strategy, roadmap, and governance, aligning with commercial priorities while partnering with IT, data teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful enhancements.

You will lead adoption, data quality, and reporting, transforming CRM data into actionable business insights across multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM management, product ownership, or commercial systems leadership.
• Hands-on with CRM configuration, workflows, reporting, and data management in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and end-to-end commercial processes.
• Experience collaborating with IT, data teams, and third-party tech providers.
• Proven ability to drive CRM adoption through training and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the European CRM strategy, governance, and development roadmap.
• Act as the primary commercial business owner for CRM and sales technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, data teams, developers, and external vendors on enhancements and integrations.
• Drive CRM adoption through training, enablement, and change initiatives.
• Design and improve commercial workflows for lead management, opportunities, pipelines, and customer lifecycle.
• Establish data quality standards and governance processes.
