Seedtag in Madrid is seeking a Business Performance & Margin Analyst to help shape the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale. You will analyse client portfolios, profitability, and delivery quality to guide investments, renegotiations, and resource allocation across high-impact accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in strategy or operational consulting
• Master's in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or similar
• Genuinely data-driven with ability to extract insights from large datasets
• Strong command of AI tools and their practical use
• Excellent business judgment and communication skills with leadership
• Ownership mentality in building new frameworks
• Fluent English and Spanish
• No coding background required

Responsibilities

• Analyse client portfolio end to end: revenue, margin, delivery quality and growth trajectory to identify where to invest, renegotiate, or cut losses
• Build recommendations for commercial and operations teams on resource allocation and profitability per client
• Use campaign and delivery data to provide actionable operating guidance beyond standard reporting
• Own analysis of trading deals and agency economics, assessing costs, returns, and term viability
• Develop frameworks and recurring review processes to keep deals honest and renegotiable
• Quantify value in joint deals, partnerships, free impressions, and other commitments, with euro figures and guardrails
• Review platform contracts and vendor fees, modeling alternatives and renegotiation scenarios
