Job summary
Nuvolar is seeking an IT Business Development Director to win new enterprise clients and own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closing six-figure deals in IT consulting and engineering services.
The role is based in Spain with 100% remote work within Spain, and you will leverage a strong Madrid network while reporting directly to the CEO. You will collaborate with Delivery and Tech Leads to shape commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and win new enterprise clients in Madrid and across Spain.
- Lead discovery meetings with CIOs, CTOs and other IT decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close six-figure IT services deals.
- Develop tailored proposals with Delivery and Tech Leads.
- Report pipeline and revenue in the CRM.
