Nuvolar is seeking an IT Business Development Director to win new enterprise clients and own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closing six-figure deals.

With 10+ years of selling IT consulting or engineering services and a strong Madrid network, you will thrive with autonomy and lead negotiations directly with senior IT leaders. 100% remote within Spain, occasional in-person client meetings across the country.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales in IT services or engineering delivery.
• Strong network in enterprise markets (Madrid preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new enterprise clients with six-figure potential.
• Lead the full sales cycle from first conversation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Tech Leads to shape proposals.
• Build relationships with CIOs/CTOs and senior IT decision-makers.
• Own negotiation and closing while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Represent Nuvolar at industry events and partner networks.

What You´ll Do

As an Individual Contributor, you will sell engineering teams and digital services to large companies, working hand in hand with our Delivery and Tech Leads and reporting directly to the CEO.

Yourmain responsibilities will include:

• Identify, prospect and win new enterprise clients, with a focus on large companies in the Madrid market.


• Build relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital).


• Lead discovery meetings to understand each client's business and technical challenges.


• Shape tailored proposals with our Delivery and Tech Leads: dedicated engineering teams, staff augmentation, nearshore delivery and full-cycle digital squads.


• Own negotiation and closing, from proposal to contract signature, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.


• Turn Nuvolar's experience and references into use cases with clear business impact for each industry.


• Build alliances with partners and consulting firms as an additional route to win new clients.


• Grow accounts after the first deal through upselling and cross-selling.


• Keep pipeline and forecasts up to date in the CRM and report on pipeline, win rates and revenue.


• Represent Nuvolar at industry events and share market and competitor insights to shape our commercial strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years of B2B sales in IT services, technology consulting or engineering delivery.


• Deal size: Track record of closing six-figure deals (€100k+) autonomously.


• Network: Established network of C-level contacts in large enterprises in the Madrid market.


• Full-cycle ownership: Able to both open doors and close, working independently.


• Languages: Excellent oral and written Spanish and English.


• Industry:Experience in aviation, insurance, pharma or healthcare, where we already have strong references, is highly valued.


• Partnerships: Experience building partnerships or channel sales with consulting firms.
