Career Nest Academy in Madrid seeks a Hybrid Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription closure for a leading e-commerce search tech company.

Requirements: native or bilingual French and English, 1–6 years outbound sales experience (BDR/SDR), must reside in Spain and be available for US time zones.

Offering €30,000 base gross per year plus uncapped commissions, 22 days of annual leave, training, and a supportive benefits package; onboarding onsite in Madrid.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in French.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• 1-6 years of commercial experience (BDR/SDR/outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
