Career Nest Academy in Madrid (hybrid) is hiring for a sales role covering the full cycle from prospecting to subscription closure. The position emphasizes high-volume outbound activity and meeting KPIs to drive recurring revenue.

Training is provided, with a quarterly ramp and performance-based commissions. The role requires native French and fluent English, with 1–6 years in BDR/SDR or similar, and residence in Spain.

Formación

• Native-level French required.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Spain and be available aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle 80–100 calls per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
