Cbtalents in Madrid is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team. You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and engage a high volume of prospects daily.

This role requires native American English, Spain residency, 1–6 years in BDR/SDR or outbound sales, and strong KPI focus. Onboarding is on-site for four weeks, then hybrid working with US time-zone hours.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level American English proficiency.
• Must currently reside in Spain.
• 1-6 years of commercial experience in BDR, SDR, call center, outbound sales or similar roles.
• Strong confidence with cold calling.
• Comfortable working with a high volume of calls and leads.
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and follow up with prospects.
• Handle approximately 80-100 calls per day.
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue.
• Manage the handover of closed accounts to the Customer Experience team.
