CBTalents in Madrid seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team, focusing on the German market and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

The role requires native/bilingual German and English, Spain residence, 1–6 years in relevant sales roles, and comfort with high-volume calling. On-site onboarding lasts four weeks, then a hybrid schedule with occasional on-site visits.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German required.
• Native or bilingual English required.
• Resident of Spain at the time of application.
• 1–6 years in BDR/SDR/call center or outbound sales roles.
• Strong confidence with cold calling and high-volume calling.
• KPI and metrics oriented with target-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and follow up with prospects.
• Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Work toward KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue.
• Handover closed accounts to the Customer Experience team.
