Cbtalents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team. This role handles the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, with onboarding in Madrid followed by a hybrid work model.

The candidate will manage high volumes of calls, conduct product demonstrations, and drive KPI-driven results. Spanish residency and US-time-zone availability are required for this role.

Formación

• Native-level American English.

We are looking for an English-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid.

This role focuses on English-speaking markets and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Manage free trials and follow up with prospects
• Handle approximately 80-100 calls per day
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue
• Manage the handover of closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

• Native-level American English proficiency
• Must currently reside in Spain
• 1-6 years of commercial experience in BDR, SDR, call center, outbound sales or similar roles
• Strong confidence with cold calling
• Comfortable working with a high volume of calls and leads
• Strong KPI and metrics orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours
